How to Become a ScrumMaster

First of all, ScrumMasters lead their teams in their software development projects. You would also be responsible for scrum implementations. The salaries are $70,000 to $100,000 on average if you work as a team leader, product manager, or consultant.

If you are interested in adding this role to your career portfolio, you will need to take a two day course. These courses cost about $1,000. After you have completed the course, you have between 30 and 90 days to take the ScrumMaster exam.
